FOM 2018 Singapore conference registration

The on-line registration for the upcoming FOM2018 is now closed.

On-site registration for the FOM2018 conference will open Sunday 25 March from 08:30 at the conference venue:
MAX Atria - Singapore EXPO, 1 Expo Drive, Singapore 486150, http://maxatria.com.sg/

Registration fees

The attendance fees for the FOM2018 conference are, ( SGD : Singapore Dollars ) :

The registration fee includes:
•       Admission to all Conference Sessions
•       Welcome Reception on 25 March
•       Lunches and Coffee Breaks
•       Programme - abstract book

Student Registration

No upload of a proof of student status will be required. Student badges will indicate student status.

Registration acknowledgement

Online registration acknowledgments will be sent by automatic email. A final confirmation with details will be send 1 month before start of the FOM2018 conference.

Invitation letters

Upon completion of payment, participants may request invitation letters for the FOM2018 conference. Please contact the FOM2018 registration office at: fom@amc.nl 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation until and including March 6: full refund minus 50 SGD handling fee.

Cancellation after Tuesday March 6: no refund.

Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to the FOM2018 Registration office: fom@amc.nl 

A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and the particulars of the substitute are sent to the FOM2018 Registration office at fom@amc.nl before March 15, 2018.

FOM2018 Conference Liability Limitation

In the event of an industrial disruption or natural disaster, Focus on Microscopy, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by Exhibitor companies, personnel and conference delegates, - further indicated with participants -, neither for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or related to the FOM2018 conference in Singapore. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of FOM2018 are the responsibility of the participant itself. Participants are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in FOM2018, or through the cancellation of the FOM2018 itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Focus on Microscopy, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
