On-line registration is closed.
On-site registration for FOM2016 will open Sunday 20 March at 12:30h at the NTUH (National Taiwan University Hospital) No. 2, Xuzhou Road, Zhongzheng District 100, Taipei City, Taiwan.

Student Registration
No upload of a proof of student status is required. Student badges will show student status.
Registration acknowledgement
Registration acknowledgment will be sent by email within three days of online registration and a final confirmation will be send 1 month before start of the conference.
Invitation letters
Upon completion of payment, participants may request invitation letters from the FOM2016 Registration office: Novia@elitepco.com.tw
Tutorial workshops
Tutorial workshops are offered before the conference on Sunday 20 March 2016 from 14:00 to 16:45. Attendance is free for conference participants, no pre-registration required.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations should be submitted in by email to the FOM2016 Registration office: Novia@elitepco.com.tw.
A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and the particulars of the substitute are sent to fom@amc.nl before March 10, 2016.
FOM2016 Conference Liability Limitation
In the event of an industrial disruption or natural disaster, Focus on Microscopy, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by Exhibitor companies, personnel and conference delegates, - further indicated with participants -, neither for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or related to the FOM2016 conference in Taipei, Taiwan. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of FOM2016 are the responsibility of the participant itself. Participants are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in FOM2016, or through the cancellation of the FOM2016 itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Focus on Microscopy, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
